Ahh, where do I begin?
So, after neglecting my ff.net account for over two weeks (thank you, Gaia 2007 Water Fight), I'm back into updating my fic! Hurrah~!
Honestly, I've only had one issue about my OC being paired with a canon person, and that was ages ago but what the hell? My fic's more horror/angst/something else, than romance . . . but jesus tap-dancing christ.
Anyway, I'm back into doing school-work now as well. I've been neglecting all of my subjects, from even before the summer holidays, thus, I'm a complete retard.
On another note, you might have noticed I now have a graphics tablet. :3 No Christmas for me this year, haha. I'm not too bothered about it, though.
Um, wow. I've a weird urge to eat Cookie Crisp cereal while watching the first Harry Potter movie, both of which I haven't touched in over a year!
Now, here's something you may want to shield yaoi/yuri-obsessed eyes from, as I'm not in favour of yaoi/yuri and haven't been for the past few months now, thus my deleting a mild shounen-ai fic I had on the go a while back.
Ahem: I'll be re-drawing and inking an anti-yaoi (sort of anti-obsessed pairers) comic sometime this week. It's just been sitting doodled on paper (badly) in my drawer for weeks.
On a side note, regarding that last short paragraph, not to point anyone out in particular but just in case:
If I see one "HOMOPHOBE" comment, one loss of a watcher or one "ZOMG anti means hate, retard" over this, I'll pixel-slap you and block you anyway, because 1. Anti does NOT mean hate, it means against; 2. I am not a homophobe, I realise it's just a preference and I'm good with that; and 3. I'm also anti-anti-anti-yaoi-fans and people who use the words "homophobe" and "gay-basher" to justify the fact that they can't accept that another person just may not be into yaoi/yuri, may have a different opinion (OMG gaspthehorror!), etc.
The fact that I have some yaoi/yuri in my faves doesn't make me a hypocrite, actually, because I like the art itself, not the same-gender-ness of it all.
Thank you. :/
. . . >.>'' I just turned that into a rant, didn't I? Whoops . . . :3 Well at least now you guys know a bit more about me. xD
Anyway, I've been neglecting reading Memoirs of a Geisha for ages as well, either that or going right back to the beginning. x3 I'm determined to finish it soon.
Edit: I need to stop saying "thus".
